1 out of 5 starsShop owner is dishonest about wait times and difficult to get in touch with. Printed shipping label and claimed the item had been shipped but didn’t actually ship until a week later. I won’t be buying again.

We're sorry you're upset, but your package was delivered and you haven't reported any problems with the item. We do apologise for the lack of tracking initially, but once a package is dropped off into the bin, we cannot control the shipping, scanning or any other issue directly related to USPS internal workings. We have had several packages simply not get scanned at times and it is frustrating for us, but to keep shipping costs low, we don't use another standard service, as most of the time, shipping is completed without issue. Priority Mail is always available if you'd like better tracking for items.

1 out of 5 starsTime to ship for poor quality is slow. Opened a package of broken seams. Saddening as this was the first item bought after a long break from the hobby. While I read the initial description when I favorited awhile back, I neglected to re-read & send measurements. My mistake as sizing is off too. I messaged the seller, addressing my disappointment to which the response was focused on how I should have read the description & sent measurements. Seam issues were not addressed. Taken aback, I replied acknowledging my mistake & questioning seams, albeit probably just as condescending as their response. Seller stated it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, should have read description again, and if I wanted new pants, to send photos. As I do not wish to continue interacting with such an unpleasant person, I will be fixing issues myself.

It was accidental mistake in not addressing the seam issue in the original message. The message was mostly regarding the issues with sizing that the client had and so the one line about a seam issue was overlooked and we definitely apologize for that. The buyer was asked for some images of the damage so we could provide an RMA, at which point they opted to not provide those images or accept the repair offer.
