I really love these charms, so personal and special. Shipping was quick and quality is really good. I have ordered different sizes and shapes in the past, this is a good size for a bracelet.

The charm turned out perfectly! I was a little afraid that because I sent a scan of a printed photo, it wouldn't look quite as nice but it was beautiful. The charm is a nice weight and feels like it will last. I made a mistake on my first order and Kathleen answered me very quickly and helped me work it out. The store kept me up to date as to when I could expect it to ship and it came on time. It was lovely to have my dad with me when I walked down the aisle. Thank you!

I forgot to leave a review but 5 stars isn’t enough! I bought a locket and the engraving was beautiful, and was delivered ahead of time even though the engraver was out of commission. I really appreciate it and it made a fantastic gift!
