USPS has increased their prices once again as well as pushed their shipping dates out longer. This is beyond my control and I am very sorry!! Each item leaves my hands on time and then is out of my hands and I am sorry!!
****PLEASE NOTE: THE USPS is NOT scanning every package when they receive it due to their high volume. I am aware of this issue and monitoring all my shipments. I have no control over the Postal delays that are happening, and each package is leaving my hands on time if not before the ship date.
***Double check address before placing order, I can not change an address once order is placed***
**As per my policies I do not accept cancellations once an order is placed**
Once an item leaves, I am not responsible. USPS needs to be contacted.

5 out of 5 starsThis is just my personal preference, and I don’t want to diminish the quality of the customer service experience I had (it’s great). I just didn’t care for the quality of the lettering on the underwear. It looks warped when worn.

Handmade Items
All of our items are handmade to order, therefore there may be a slight variation in size or placement of design.
Colors may vary on your screen. If you have any questions or need a specific color, please contact us.
I DO NOT accept returns or cancellations to orders.
When your order leaves my office, I am not responsible for any USPS delays. They are beyond my control.
I am not responsible for wrong addresses and can not change them once an order is placed.
If you receive a damaged item, contact me within 24 hours of delivery. I will not replace items a month or months later after wear. I am unable to resell those items.
If you have any issues at all, please contact me immediately.
Package states delivered but I do not have it
Please contact your local Post Office if tracking states an item is delivered but you do not have it.

SHIPPING
I DO NOT refund Priority Shipping due to USPS Delays. They are out of my control and once it leaves my shop I am not liable.
We currently only ship to the USA.
We can ship to additional places for the exact cost of shipping to the customer.
I also offer priority shipping upgrade if needed.

Small: 28-30
Medium: 32-34
Large: 36-38
XL: 40-42
2XL: 44-46
Panty/Thong Information
Panties with lace are my first option to send. However with COVID my vendor has been unable to stock them all the time. I will send panties without lace if lace is unavailable. Due to the volume of orders I am unable to text each customer when this occurs. I promise to take utmost care with every order.
BOXER BRIEF INFORMATION
Please be advised that black band boxers are not always available. I will substitute with gray band when necessary. I do not message every order when this happens. Due to the pandemic my vendor gets limited stock. Know that I will always take great care of every item.
Order Policy
I have the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order if needed. I work as hard as possible to ensure every single order leaves on time.
Holiday Cutoff
All Christmas orders are due by 12/3/2022. All orders received after that will ship with my normal turnaround of 9-10 business days plus shipping. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing high volume and some delays.
