This little mushroom is absolutely adorable, unfortunately it's not something you can display above eyelevel because the bottom of the cap isn't laquered. I wish I had seen that in the picture because I wouldn't have purchased it since it doesn't work on the shelf I purchased it for.

Artist Bio

I was raised in a family of both artists and scientists so the collision of right brain and left brain started at an early age. This helped shape and influence my desires and choices in many art forms and mediums throughout my life.

I attended San Francisco’s School of the Arts program at McAteer High School (now called Ruth Asawa School of the Arts) where I learned the fundamentals of drawing and calligraphy. Since then I have taught myself many arts and crafts such as photography, paper crafting, mandala dot painting and now acrylic paint pouring.

My work with acrylic fluid paints is a convergence of years of practicing the subtle art of letting go of outcomes while still bowing to my need to maintain precision and control through the science that is required with paint pouring.
