    Seller tell that she have personal issues that made her not being able to manage her shop and to offer customer services. Could just close the shop but prefer to takes people money and probably hope that some just don’t ask for having their money back

    Caro, please review the feedback that other customers have provided. I have been making handmade work for over ten years here. I replied to your messaged, refunded your order, sent out a free replacement and apologized for your disappointment. I'm really not quite sure what more you expect. Please consider that in today's climate, we are all trying to do the best we can. Please consider the refund of $23.00, a free replacement (that is in transit as we speak), the apology I have offered and have a nice day.
