Payment
After the 72 hours is up, I will cancel your order, so I can relist an item and make it available to other buyers.
For UK based Buyers only:
I can accept payment via personal cheque or postal money order, however please allow 10 days for clearance before sending out your order.
Please convo me if this is your intended payment method.
Shipping
All orders would be shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. All UK orders are sent by Standard First Class Delivery service without tracking number. Depending on your location, delivery would take 2 - 5 days. If you require tracked or quicker shipping option (e.g. Special Next Day Delivery) please let me know and I can adjust shipping fees for you.
REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING:
All orders would be shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. All International orders are sent by standard Airmail Service - insurance and tracking is unavailable. Unfortunately I can't guarantee safe arrival of your item/s or will not be responsible for lost in transit packets. If you require insurance/tracking service or quicker shipping option please let me know and I can adjust shipping fees for you. Depending on your location it would take 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.
International buyers are responsible for any customs/duties//tax fees or any other charges imposed by your country that may occur upon the delivery.
LOST/UNDELIVERED ITEMS:
Please message if your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time. I will process a lost claim with Royal Mail and this process takes 30-45 days minimum. Once processed and approved, Royal Mail will send a refund for the value of lost items (ONLY) which I will forward to you.
