This shop has mostly made-to-measure items which means I make your item for your measurements (after you buy it). Though latex stretches ;-) I found made to measure works better than the "off the peg".

SCHEDULING, "DEADLINES":
Your order will be finished in 4-6 weeks after we talked through every details, you sent back my measurement chart and your payment is cleared.
If you don't say anything about the details, I will assume you would like your clothes/hood with the same details as in the listing.
I do check the provided measurements: if I think any of them seems incorrect I ask you to check again - it's in your interest in order to receive a well fitting item.

All pieces are handmade, so it can be that you won't receive the exact replica of that you can see in the listing - moreover in case of some of the designs it is my main intention, too. For example in the case of the Ikebana clothes I do make changes on every piece so the finished dresses won't be the same.

I love custom works - send me a convo, if you have any questions about the possibilities.

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

I can only accept PayPal. But you can proceed with PayPal even if you don't have an account there.

Shipping

All packages are shipped with the Hungarian Post in a well padded envelope with registered priority mail

The shipping fee is shown in every listing. This contains tracking number and Etsy adds it to your subtotal at the checkout.

If you would like to add an additional insurance please contact me first because it depends on the goods' value.

Some examples on the delivery time for the registered priority mail:
UK: 4-7 working days
Germany: 2-4 working days
USA: 10 working days
Holiday seasons or sometimes customs (when applies) may cause delays in the delivery.

Additional policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS, ALCHEMY REQUESTS:
I'm very much open to them, I love to make custom ideas from the smallest to the complicated ones. Feel free to start a conversation.

LATEX CARE:
The most harmful things to latex are UV (sunshine), drying out (it's not equal to when you let your clothes dry after washing), grease and of course sharp and pointy things that physically damages latex ;-).

Things that aren't harmful to latex to my current knowledge and experiments: salt water, bleach (this way you can disinfect your clothes if necessary in a diluted solution).

Things that potentially stains your clothes: copper and anything that contains it (coins, zippers for instance) - wash your hand/body after getting in touch with them. Of course the stains are more visible on light coloured materials.

WEARING, WASHING, STORING, PUTTING ON AND OFF:
1. after wearing wash them out in lukewarm water. You can use dishwasher detergent (without balsam) or some shampoo (also without balsam). In the rinsewater add a few drops of silicone oil.

2. if you don't like silicone oil on your latex, then after drying apply talcum powder on all sides to avoid having sticked together for extended periods.

3. After drying and treating the clothes with silicone oil or talcum powder, store them in their bags closed away from air. It can be on a clothes hanger in a suit-bag in the closet or in a simple bag in the drawer.

4. There are some colours that tend to stain other colours particularly well, these are plum and red to my current knowledge. And there are colours that tend to discolourate particularly easy: these are white, baby pink, translucent clear. IMHO stains are most visible on white. So if your clothes have any of these delicate colours, I suggest to wrap them into a (tissue) paper during the storage to avoid direct contact with stronger colours.

5. DRESSING ON: I suggest to use some sort of dressing aid to "slide in" to your clothes (those you have to apply on yourself). Alternatively you can use talcum powder, too, but translucent colours won't show their best this way (= they won't be translucent with talcum powder on their surface). If you use talcum powder you have to consider that it will mix with your sweat and probably will be visible to others.

6. DRESSING OFF: in many cases latex clothes are tight cut. This means not only dressing on, but dressing off can be a tricky story. One of the best solutions is when you stand under the shower and let the water help you to "peel off" the clothes. DON'T ever try to just pull them off, because this used to be one of the number one causes of tearing. Be always patient with latex.
