Thank you for visiting KT Inspired Home! My style is the perfect balance between modern, farmhouse, urban and barn. I absolutely love creating affordable and unique handmade home and lifestyle goods for today's inspired home.

My Inspired Home is often inspired by people like you. I would gladly work on your custom order or even if you have an idea I'd love to hear it and add it to my store ❤.

Here are a few important pieces of information about your order.

*I hand curate all of my supplies to ensure the best quality product that will last for years.

*My signs are made with premium plywood.

*All of my signs are framed in premium white pine and I only use paint for my signs. (no vinyl or decals)

*I use top quality, zero VOC paint for all of my signs.

*Sawtooth hooks are attached on the back to hang your sign as soon as you receive it ❤️ (unless the sign is framed in the back and would therefore hang on the back ledge)

My art (unless otherwise stated in the post) is not meant to be hung outdoors. They are not treated to withstand the elements and are meant for indoor use only.

No two items will be alike. I hand pick all of my wood and each piece of wood has its own unique characteristics and therefore you will have an original piece of art when you purchase a wood piece :) There is an element of rustic in all of my wood designs and there may be small knots, cracks, imperfections, etc... in the wood. I believe that this makes each piece beautiful and unique. Each piece of wood has different lines and each piece accepts the paint/stain differently so no two items will ever be exact. As well, sizes can very slightly depending on sanding, piece, etc... it will be very close but please allow for up to one inch variation.

I truly believe when you purchase a hand crafted item from KT Inspired Home, it will meet your expectations. Always feel free to reach out if it doesn't. Please keep in mind colour may vary depending on computer screen resolution.

Please ensure that your address in your Etsy account is accurate and up to date. This is the address I will ship to and if it isn't correct you are responsible for tracking down the item. We are not responsible for missed deliveries. Should an item come back to us, you will be responsible to pay for shipping to have it sent again.

By completing your order, you waive KT Inspired Home from all liability associated with damages, injuries or accidents occurred once the package arrives at your home.
