She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. The veil itself is the most beautiful I've ever seen. The details are exquisite. When I opened the package, it took my breath away because this veil is what I had been looking for for months. Pictures don't do it justice! Thank you for such amazing customer service and such a beautiful and quality product! I can't wait to wear on my wedding day!

5 out of 5 starsAbout the veil… This veil is the epitome of everything I was looking for. It is stunning, amazing quality and so much value. It looks exactly like the picture. When I was shopping every bridal store with veils were either cheap tulle for $150 or lace covered cathedral veils for $350+. If you’re in the market for a beautiful and unique high quality veil, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. I tried mine on in my pyjamas and it made me tear up. About the seller… Helen made and shipped my veil in under 2 days. When I messaged a few days before the delivery date having noticed it still wasn’t in Canada, Helen was already investigating where my package was. She communicated the whole time and promised to send a new veil express to me after 1 week passed due. My veil arrived a few days later and it’s everything ❤️. Thank you Helen. 10/10

I sew by hand from quality materials individually for each bride. I cannot accept returns as I am unable to resell the returned veil.
Please make sure you choose the correct color and size before purchasing. If you are not sure which color suits your dress, please contact me for advice.

Order cancellation
If you'd like to cancel your not sent order I can only refund about 90% of the total amount you've paid because as soon as you bought veil, I pay non-refundable PayPal taxes
