We literally work around the clock and so appreciate all the interest in our shop and products! Order processing time is currently 3-4 days for processing and packaging of in-stock inventory. Custom orders *will* take longer - we will give you a turnaround estimate based on your request when we quote your order.

- Please *do not* use email to contact us (our email address on file is for payment routing only). To reach us, please contact us via Etsy's internal messaging system (aka "conversations") if you have questions about anything in our shop or about your order. We strive to answer all convos within 24 to 48 hours.

- We offer flat rate shipping and combine multiple purchases. Excess shipping charges of more than $1 will be refunded when your order is packed.

- You will receive an automated email when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number for your convenience.

- Washington State residents will be charged county sales tax during checkout.
