1 out of 5 starsJust don't order! I gave this shop a chance after reading ALL the reviews and seeing issues with shipping (always the post office fault or someone else's BUT shop owners). Tried to give benefit of the doubt based on product itself. Placed my order September 5th- didn't see or hear anything. Gave the shop the LISTED 5-7 business days PLUS time for holiday. On September 18th wrote shop inquiring about order. Shop did NOT reply to my email but created a shipping label. Again gave a week (B.S days plus weekend) to update or drop off package at USPS. Package was never dropped off, label only made. Wrote shop AGAIN on September 26th asking if there was an update on the order. NO REPLY. Owner canceled the order and has YET to write me about order. I'm sure there will be an excuse of no email or the post office- anyone but shop.

I have had my shop in vacation mode for a week to catch up, as I am extremely behind. I started a new job recently and I have been in over my head with doing both. As soon as I saw the customers message, I responded, refunded her and canceled the transaction because she seemed in a rush to get her items and I figured it'd save us both the time, But she still felt the need to leave this review, which is really unfortunate because I figured refunding her would be enough. I work extremely hard on my shop, but I am a human being and sometimes I make mistakes and my brain gets overloaded. I hope my potential customers can understand that and still will give me a chance. Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you will consider me in the future for your purchases!

1 out of 5 starsHi um I haven't got my bow I was shipped out on September 13th and now it's the 12th of October and I still don't have my bow this is ridiculous I have no idea what's going on on your end but a customer should not have to what this long! I know one thing that if you don't get back to me soon I'll never buy anything from you again because I am getting frustrated!

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love this bow! The clasp is just a little fickle to open, but it stays in well and looks adorable, especially with my Force Awakens skirt. I highly recommend this shop! :)

1 out of 5 starsI ordered this item on June 16th. On July5th I got a message that a shipping slip was made. One month after I placed my order, the item it still had not been sent. I tried contacting the seller as she instructed on her site but after 4 days had not heard back. It was not until I opened a case on Etsy and Paypal that anything was done. A refund was given after a case was opened. If you did not have the item or if it was going to be delayed, you should have contacted me.

The item actually was sent, however, my post office is very hit and miss and often times items are lost or not scanned in. I never received any correspondence with the customer prior to her opening a case and leaving me this review. Its important that you as a buyer also communicate with the seller, that is what we're here for.
