We are so sorry for the delay. As explained our delivery was affected by extensive postal strikes here in the UK. We posted the item promptly on the morning of the order and despite the disruptions would never have expected it to take almost three weeks to arrive. We always endeavour to post promptly and with the most cost effective and efficient service possible and regret that in this case it didn't work out. Coco is a very lively girl, who loves to help. She loves books as much as León and has an enterprising nature. Coco told her mom that one day she will sit in her chair and give her a job. Until that day mom will have to take good care of León+Coco.
