I usually create a whole collection and than sell it so sometimes it's impossible for me personalize an item, but please CONTACT ME with your request and I'll try to make it work:-)

Gift wrapping and packaging

My jewelry comes nicely packaged in my LiLIANADESIGN brand box - perfect and ready for gift giving!
You can add a personal note that I will design and hand write to make it special for your loved one - no extra charge.

If you'd like my box to wrapped with an additional rice paper and a bow + a small pin with my illustration, please add the gift wrap fee.

Care instructions

To maintain the long lasting beauty of your beautiful piece, please avoid harsh cleaning detergents, perfumes and creams, showering with your piece, as well as salt and chlorine water.

My order didnt arrive, what shuld I do?

I use a reliable shipping company to make sure your package won't get lost on it's way, but If a package does get lost on it's way, and does not arrive within 40 days from date of shipping, I'll reship the item again or refund your money. Please allow at least 40 days for the package to arrive, I can not refund before that.
