Note from shop owner Dear Customers,

I'm currently shutting my shop down as of 10-27-2013 as I'm doing my best on focusing on the current orders I have on hand that I'm struggling with right now because of a family crisis I'm currently in. Without going into details I promise they are serious enough to have me to shut down for some time until I can get caught up and everything back on track. My focus right now is my family and hope you are able to understand.

If you have an order that has been processed and have not received notice of shipping please be patient if you would, it is in the making but there has been delays because of what is currently going on. I apologize to the fullest extent and will understand if anyone is wanting a refund if needing it in a time crunch. Otherwise those that are over the due date for shipping will be getting shipping refunds. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me and I'll respond as soon as possible.

I hope to be back up and running here as soon as I can but currently do not have an eta as to when that will be.

A curiousity for creativity has now become my full time job with endless possibilities!

It all started back in the mid summer of 2010. My freelance work for my web and graphic design business was slow and I needed something to help occupy my time as a stay home mother. Being an artist I had a need to create and discovered Etsy. I was inspired by all the shops I found and knew dreamed that I could create beautiful items that people would love. So Lil Miss Katie's was born.

My hardest part was finding my niche but it didn't take long for me to discover a new found passion and love for making jewelry. With my artistic talent it was a perfect marriage of skills and knowledge. I instantly become obsessed and taught myself as much as I could get my hands on of how to piece together beads, wiring, stamping to make all different styles and types of jewelry.

First year I was thrilled with my 32 orders...I now am on track of doing that in a week! I absolutely love what I do everyday along with every aspect. It's because of Etsy that I'm able to be successful in being able to share my love to create with people all over the world!

With my growth I've now added on one of my dearest friends to help out with my orders. I hope to soon be able to focus on being able to branch out my design line and have dreams of opening my own shop someday soon!
