The shop owner was very kind and responsive in checking where my package was and getting it to me in time, I would definitely purchase again from here..

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can stop your search for gift boxes and gift wraps right there and let us do all the work for you! All of our jewelry comes beautifully wrapped in gift box with a message card of your choice (at no extra charge!!!) ready to be gifted to your loved ones.
What is the message card/note card option?
You have an option of selecting Message Card/Note Card
to accompany each piece of jewelry purchased, at no charge. Perfect way to thank your bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, friends and loved ones for making your life special in their own way!
The card options are listed in the last picture of listings. You can select one of my pre-printed cards or create your own customized message. If you select 'Custom Message' option, please ensure to leave your message in the 'Note to Seller' box at checkout. If you purchase multiple items for your bridal party, you can choose a different card for each piece.
I want 6 pieces of an item but I see only 1 available?
Please contact me and if the item is in stock, I can increase the listing quantity to your desired quantity or setup a custom reserved listing for you to purchase.
How fast will my order be shipped?
All items in my store are handmade & made-to-order which means that after receiving the order, I make the jewelry pieces as per the requirements of the buyers.
*Single item order: 1-5 business days.
*Multiple items order ( bridesmaid/bridal party order with multiple items or custom designs) 1-2 weeks.
***Sometime the process may take longer depending on supplies availability, design ordered & volume of the order. If you want your order by a specific date, please mention 'THE DATE' in the 'Note to seller' box during checkout or drop me an Etsy convo so I can do a rush order for you***
I need an item quickly- do you offer Priority/Express shipping?
Yes! As long as the item is in stock we can definitely do a rush order for you. However, please do contact us prior to placing an order, simply to check if the desired item is in stock. You can then select priority mail option at checkout.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes!! We are open to taking custom orders and working with you to create something special for you to fit your style, occasion and color palette.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We do accept returns up to 14 days after the delivery date (exceptions apply). Please refer to our Returns and Exchange section for complete details.
