I only accept payment through Paypal, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards. NOTE: You can make a payment through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account.

PLEASE make sure that your shipping address as entered in Etsy matches your address in PayPal. If not, I will send you an email asking to witch address I should send your package. If you prefer that I deliver your package to your working place then please just ask.

Please pay immediately when using PayPal by clicking the 'Buy Now' button during checkout. Items cannot be shipped until payment is received.

All items will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days (doesn't include weekends and bank holidays) after I get your payment. Items purchased via Paypal eCheck are sent only after eCheck has cleared (that can take 4 to 7 days).

Please allow two days for inland UK, a week or more for the rest of the world. So you're looking at a maximum of three weeks. If you have a deadline in mind please let me know as soon as possible.

Please note that my pieces are made 100% by hand processes. If repeat ordering an item there may be slight differences in terms of yarn colour etc as we dye it by hand.
