Where wilderness, wanderlust and wellness meet.

The woods are a sanctuary for many and for me, growing up in Maine, my natural surroundings have always been the source of creativity. As a Mom of 2, I've learned the importance of letting my imagination run free, which is what happens when I'm creating.

My office window looks out over a cluster of trees; the beauty and greenery inspiring my work. I've long been a writer, mostly for newspapers & travel magazines but there's one project in particular that has aligned with my goal of sharing a piece of this beautiful state. THIS IS CAMP is a book I wrote about the place Mainers spend their summers. A tradition, a culture really, that brings families and friends together by the lake.

Most of the Maine shirts and merch in my shop are inspired by lines from my book. As a writer/creator, I take pride in creating original designs that you won't see anywhere else.

Maine is also a place that inspires wellness. I'm an energy healer who leads journaling retreats and spiritual circles for women. My love for manifesting and meditating and yoga come through in some of the designs you see in my shop. I try to weave a bit of Zen into all that I do.

You'll also find themed gift boxes that are Maine + Wellness inspired. I've always thought "In lieu of flowers, what can I send to celebrate someone or lift a friend's spirits." I put a lot of thought and time into curating these gift boxes.

No matter what called you to my shop, I can guarantee that your purchase is designed with intuition and care, from my humble perch above the forest.
