Machete’s jewelry is made with sterling silver and 14k gold fill. Most pieces incorporate other natural elements such as fossils, druzies, silk, and porcupine quills. Each piece is handmade with attention to detail. Everything is shaped and hammered by hand so no two pieces are exactly the same. Growing up in the South West has been an endless source of inspiration. Many pieces draw on the beauty of the desert and Native American art and artifacts. Delicate chains and wire wrapping paired with the rough hammered components make a perfect balance that can be dressed up or down.

Machete’s knits are made with cashmere, merino, fair-trade organic cotton, silk, and other unique and unusual yarns from the finest mills in England and Italy. Ends of lots are sourced from manufacturers who sell to large clothing lines, thus saving this beautiful yarn from the landfill. Each design is original and knit on a manual machine, one at a time. Each season has a line and color, but one-of-a-kind pieces emerge as inspiration strikes. Machete knows the importance classic pieces that will become a staple of one’s wardrobe.
