Personalized items are not refundable. If there is a mistake made on our part, then your item will be replaced or refunded if we are out of stock. If there is a mistake made on your part, then unfortunately the item is yours to keep.

We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a none deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.
