I have been knitting and crocheting for long years, but still enjoy giving wool a life and making people happy with handmade accessories.

I´m happy to help you with any questions you may have, feel free to contact me!

Payment

Payments can be made using Paypal - it’s a quick, safe and convenient way to pay.

You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! When you´re directed to Paypal, scroll down the page and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

Bank Transfers available for EU countries. Choose "other" as payment method and you will be contacted with the details.

Shipping

Parcels are sent by registered airmail, can be tracked and require a signature.

If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

I have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.

Delivery time is approximately:
In Europe: 7-10 business days
To USA: 10-14 business days
Rest of the world: 14-20 business days

Please keep in mind that depending on the season (especially before Christmas) it may take longer and I can´t do anything to speed up postal companies.

Additional policies and FAQs

The quality of my work is very important to me and I wish you could enjoy your wool products as long as possible.

For that, every parcel includes information about taking care of your item.
I also offer FREE REPAIRING SERVICE for all of my customers - no matter how you broke your item, contact me by e-mail, add some photos of damaged piece and we can discuss if and how it can be fixed.

If the item is repairable, I will do it for free (the buyer is responsible for shipping costs), if not, then you have an opportunity to buy new one at half price.
