I placed my order for a Origami Crane Spiral Mobile on April 12, 2020. It is now May 21, 2020 and I have not received my order nor a shipping notification. I am cancelling my order. Too bad, I really did like the product I saw online. I would have helped if the store owner had contacted me about any delay (or for any reason). Hopefully I will be able to receive a refund.

Had not received my item by the expected delivery date so I contacted the seller. Seller was very nice and explained everything. Ultimately I was issued a full refund and the option to still have the product delivered to me. I was satisfied with the customer service.

It took a while to ship and the paper wasn't what I ordered (I ordered the atlas paper but got musical notes) but the quality was good.

I love my origami mobile. It took nearly a month but it was worth the wait. I would buy again but expect to wait for your item. Even other buyers have mentioned that their shipment took awhile too so beware of the wait. I might buy another one for my baby nephew. Thank you for the beautiful item.

The item was beautiful and well received by the recipient, my mom, for her birthday. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to some initial miscommunication from the seller regarding shipping times, but once that was rectified everything went very smoothly.
