Unfortunately, custom orders are not refundable.
With regard to all other items, if unsuitable, they may be returned for a refund within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once received, a refund will be processed for the value of the item only. Postage and other related costs cannot be refunded. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Returns that are lost in the post will not be refunded so please use a tracked and insured service.
Shipping
International parcels will be sent via Airmail (untracked) or Airsure (tracked) and should reach you within 10-14 working days.
International customers; please note that you will be responsible for any taxes or duties payable to your country's customs office once your parcel arrives in your destination country. Please be aware of any potential fees. Should you choose to refuse delivery and the item is returned to me, I will process a refund, minus the delivery charge when I receive it. If you need your order quickly, please contact me to discuss, a further delivery charge may be required.
If your order does not arrive within the stated time frame, please contact me so that I am aware of any potential issues and so that I can work with you to come to a suitable resolution.
