Once you make a printable art purchase, there are 3 ways to download your files if you have an Etsy account:
1. A 'View your files' download link will pop up immediately after you place your order.
2. If you did not download the files there, Etsy will email your order confirmation, here you'll find the download button to 'View your files on Etsy'.
**If you checked out as a "GUEST" this is how you access your files**
3. You can also access your files anytime you login to Etsy:
- Go to your Etsy account under 'You' > 'Purchases and reviews'
- Find your order from our shop
- Click on the 'Download Files' button next to your purchase from us
- This will bring you to the Downloads Page
**PLEASE NOTE**
Files cannot be downloaded via the Etsy app, you will need to be logged into Etsy's website from a web browser (eg. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc).

You can print the files at home or take them to your local print shop/photo centre
or upload them to an online printing service.

What paper should I use?
For best results, we recommend printing on white, smooth, heavyweight matte or satin paper stock, as it reflects little light and offers the best viewing experience when framed.
