What a great product for the price you pay. I I need to buy more I'll definitely go back. It is quite warm even in negative 10 deg centigrade temps(used it in Boston weather many times already). Great communication and awesome purchase.

The hat fits!

After leaving University, I had no money and no career prospects. Hosting my own website wasn't generating enough income, so I took the plunge and opened an Etsy shop. On a daily basis I find myself knitting away the hours from the comfort of my own office, situated in a small village between Nottingham and Derby.

Earlier on in my knitting days I used every scrap of yarn that I could get my hands on. This is reflected in some of my more patchworky/striped items. But other than that, I tend to use acrylic yarns and acrylic/wool blends. These materials make my hats easy to wash and care for.

I put my all into running missbelluk, from knitting, to photographing and shipping orders, every task is completed by myself. I love running missbelluk and wouldn't change it for the world.

I find inspiration, a lot of the time, from my friends and family. What starts as a gift idea for a friend, soon turns into one of my most popular designs.

Welcome to my shop, everything you see is made by myself, from scratch, in my office. Each hat is created on a first ordered, first served basis. As a result, each order can take up to 3 weeks to make.

I've worked like this for a long time now, and my customers have adapted to the way I work, which I'm eternally thankful for. Please continue reading for more detailed time frames.

I accept paypal and major credit cards directly via my Etsy shop.

Shipping

All custom orders take 3 weeks to make, followed by shipping times:

UK orders are shipped 1st class [which usually arrive 1-3 days after being posted]

Overseas orders are shipped using Royal Mail, Air Mail-small packets [which usually arrive 5-21 days after being posted, depending where in the world you are] If your order hasn't arrived after 14 days, please get in touch.

All items shipped from the UK.

Please note, I am unable to successfully send items out to United Arab Emirates.

PLEASE check that your postal address is correct. If it is any different to that stated on your paypal/etsy information, contact me asap.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will input your information on Royal Mail's website to complete your shipping label, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

My dreadlock hat sizes are based on how much hair they will hold. Please note that not all of my hats are designed for dreadlocks, further details are available in the listing descriptions. If you are still unsure, feel free to contact me BEFORE ordering.

I can assure you that your order will be MADE within the allocated time period for custom items, 3 weeks. Each order varies from the next, and some hats take longer to make than others. With this in mind, I'm unable to give updates and EXACT dispatch times.

Please refrain from messaging me to 'check on your order' as I will only refer you to the above information, that you already now know. I will be in touch as soon as your order's been sent. You only need to worry if I haven't been in touch AFTER 3 weeks : )
