Payments accepted by Paypal & credit/debit card as well as Etsy Gift Cards.

All orders are shipped Monday and Thursday afternoons. All orders placed before 12pm (UK time) will go that post day and after this time they will go the following post day.

All cards and prints are packed in solid protective cardboard envelopes and prints are wrapped and backed with board to keep them flat. A2 prints are sent rolled in a sturdy tube. All packaging is 100% plastic free.

Please note that orders sent with standard shipping are not tracked. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with any tracking information.

GIFTS!
We can send gifts and cards straight to your loved ones. If you'd like a gift wrapped print please add the 'gift wrapped shipping' option once the item is in your cart and we will wrap up your order with no pricing information included, you can also add a free gift message during checkout.

If you'd like us to write a message in a card and send it straight to the recipient just add your message for free in the 'Notes To Seller' section when checking out and we'll write it inside the card.

FAQ
Where is my order and can I get tracking?
If you have yet to receive your order and you paid for tracked shipping, you can find updates via the tracking link sent with your shipping notification. If you selected standard shipping, I'm afraid there is no tracking with this service and I won't be able to give you any more information on the whereabouts of your parcel. But please get in touch with any questions or issues and I'll do my best to help.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes 😊 I can customise prints for you and offer customised cards if you are ordering more than 10, get in touch for a price. I can't offer customisation on single cards.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, I only use paper and card to pack items. Where possible these items are made of recycled materials. All packaging is recyclable and I would encourage you to reuse the envelopes as they are sturdy and can be used again.

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

As a consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard. Our packaging contains only paper and no plastic.
