PAYMENT METHODS
I accept credit cards and debit cards (via direct checkout), Etsy gift cards and Paypal payment. Payment using major credit/debit cards can be made via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Items paid for with Paypal eChecks will be sent after the eCheck has cleared, usually 3-4 days.

PAYMENT PLANS
It is possible to pay for items over £100.00 in instalments. Please convo me to discuss the options available for LAYAWAY and how these can be tailored to meet your needs.

Buyer pays for Shipping. I ship from England, U.K.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days from the day on which I receive cleared payment. However, most orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Working days are: Monday-Friday and do not include U.K. Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

I will ship your order to the address listed in ETSY and your Paypal address.
Please make sure it is the - correct - address.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Items ABOVE the value of £50.00 are sent by 'Royal Mail Special Delivery':
- Fully tracked
- Fully insured
- Estimated delivery time in the UK: Next working day (2 days for remote places)
- Requires a signature upon delivery.

Items UNDER the value of £50.00 are sent by 'Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For':
- NOT tracked
- Fully insured
- Aims to deliver next working day, including Saturdays
- Requires a signature upon delivery.

ALL items are Shipped by Royal Mail "International Tracked and Insured".
"International Tracked and Insured" is a fast, secure and fully-tracked service, ensuring:
- PRIORITY handling (5-7 working days to the USA 
/ 7-14 working days to the Rest of the World)
- The item is FULLY TRACKED all the way from origin to destination (you will be supplied with a tracking number).
- FULLY INSURED for loss or damage.
- Item will be electronically SCANNED by the postal operative to confirm it has arrived (so it does NOT require a signature).

---PLEASE NOTE - If you wish to opt out of gift wrapping and/or Premium Shipping please contact me to request a cheaper option, so that I can adjust then the cost of P & P and/or Shipping. IMPORTANT - a cheaper shipping option will NOT include insurance/compensation for loss or damage in transit, nor tracking. It is also a slower service.

EU CUSTOMERS
Due to Brexit, items sent to the EU are likely to incur a VAT and import fee. The customer is responsible for all charges and fees.

POSTAL INSURANCE
Both Royal Mail Special Delivery and International Tracked and Insured cover the cost of the item in any case of loss or damage. If the item arrives damaged please let me know immediately in writing. I will then provide you with details so that you can make a claim.

POSTAL CHARGES
For exact postal charges please see individual item listings.
I try my best to estimate shipping costs correctly. In the case of an over-payment I refund you the excess.
I am more than happy to combine P&P on multiple purchases - just ask.

GIFT-WRAPPING
All items are lovingly gift-wrapped. I take time and care to make the presentation special. All items come with personalised gift wrapping and are beautifully gift wrapped in tissue, tied with satin ribbons; most often the item is also presented in a gift box. I pride myself on loving attention to details with regard to presentation.

Great care is taken with packaging to ensure items are secure and fully protected for International and Domestic Shipping.

1. Personal Information I Collect
THE ONLY information I collect from buyers, is your address and contact details in order to fulfil orders, I don't knowingly share any information with any other party, all information is kept on the Etsy server site and Paypal, if you used that method of payment. I don't print or keep hard copies of your details, its all stored by Etsy and Paypal, I never share you details with anyone else.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me (via Etsy) with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly via Etsy Convo.

2. I do not and will not send specific marketing information via the contact details you provide (see above).

3. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
