These are amazing and simply divine! They go great with my outfits and I can't wait to wear them more. My only complaint is that they are a little small for me (which I expected because I knew my hands were a bit big), and perhaps adding finger length measurements could alleviate this for future customers. But overall, exactly what I wanted and exactly what I got!

Modern Matters loves sharing midcentury marvels for your modern world.

It all started when I was 11, and had to have that 1940's Deco beaded bag from the thrift shop. From there I began designing dresses for paper dolls on leftover paper from my mom's office, taking art and design classes through school, then working in design (fashion, graphics, interiors,) while free-lancing on the side.

Fast-forward through years of collecting vintage and eventually running out of space to contain all those objects of my desire. I could keep collecting only if I started sharing with others, which led to selling online and at shows in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, LA, NYC and throughout the Southeast.

I still love buying great vintage pieces, refashioning some things along the way, but I also love it when YOU buy my vintage pieces. Selfish of me, sure, but it doubles my pleasure when I find an incredible 60s sheath or 40s bow tie and then pass it on to a fellow vintage-lover... if I can bear to let it go. BTW, I still have that beaded bag.
