-FRONT PORCH POTTERY-

I fist saw a pot thrown on a wheel when I was eight years old while watching Mr. Rodgers on television. It was ❤️ at first sight. While in middle school I learned how to make hand built pottery with Mr. Isle. Then when I was a sophomore in high school Mrs. Stank taught me how to make pots on the wheel.

I went on to study therapeutic recreation at U.W. Milwaukee and it was in my first job after college that I dove into teaching pottery to children at a wonderful recreation center in Oneida. This is where my love for clay was nurtured and developed into what it is now.

Another love of mine is MUSIC. I have always loved to sing and I picked up a guitar in 6th grade and begged my parents for lessons. Now I am fortunate to be involved with a bluegrass band of four fantastic musicians called Badgergrass. I sing, play the standing bass, and guitar.
