I have ordered four monogram necklaces from Monoartisan and each one has been absolutely beautiful. The jewelry is of great quality and James' attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend purchasing from this store.

After seeing James' positive feedback, I was sure I'd have a good experience. Unfortunately, 8 weeks later, I'm still working to resolve this order. I paid for expedited shipping. The original shipment date was missed by several weeks. When the ring arrived, it was the wrong size. I've emailed every few days requesting a return address to return it. I requested a refund so I could be done with this unfortunate experience but as this was custom work, that is not the case. James has been very slow to respond despite how often I've expressed dissatisfaction. The quality of the ring is decent but not worth this headache. Update: I Ended up having to open a case with Etsy and PayPal to get his attention. He refunded my money and I have a ring that doesn’t fit. I wouldn’t recommend him. There are plenty of other artisans here.

The seller was very kind and respectful when I messaged him in regards to when the ring would ship. I didn't want the seller to feel rushed, because you can't rush perfection. This ring is perfect. Thank you

Excellent experience! I'm very pleased so this is an easy review to write. Let me start off by saying, I contacted James Jung with questions more than once prior to my purchase. He was very helpful to respond clearly and kindly each time. Also, I order products from Korea from time to time, so I was happy when my package came a little quicker than I had expected. It was well wrapped for the voyage to the States. Most importantly, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Jung's attention to detail! The onyx stamp, case, and the silver necklace are all beautiful! 예뻐요! I've already had a few people comment on how lovely the set is...In fact few friends hope to order their own. :) Mr. Jung ...Thank you! 고맙습니다!
