PLEASE NOTE: I only ship to the address that is through paypal. Special arrangements must be made with me prior to purchase to ship to another address.

I WILL refund postage if in excess of estimated amount. I do charge a small handling fee for paypal fees on shipping and for shipping materials.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - I do combine shipping and will refund the difference. It is so hard to estimate the charges.
