All my items will be packaged very carefully (sometimes with recycled packaging for enviromental purposes) and sent out to you by Royal Mail First Class post. If you are not happy with your purchase I am happy to refund you if you post the item back to me within 14 days in the same condition it arrived to you in. This would however only be the cost of the item and not the postage that I would refund to you.
I aim to process your order within 3 working days and you should expect your purchase within 5 working days. If you need it quicker please send me a message and I will be happy to try and oblige.
