All items are handmade personally by me (Eaindar) and they are made to order.

Items will be shipped within 3 to 6 working days (exclude weekends) of ordering for Single Items. Please allow 8 to 14 working days (exclude weekends) for larger orders (Bridesmaid sets and Bridal Orders). If you need something rushed, please contact me through ETSY convo prior to ordering.

Please do not email me as I do not check my email regularly due to busy working schedule.

Items will only ship after full payment has been received and cleared.

As the items will be shipped from Singapore, mail will usually take about 14 to 20 working business days to reach Overseas destination from the shipped date.

I will be shipping the items to Address provided in ETSY transaction only to avoid delay in Shipping.

All the items will come with Registered Air-mail and they will come in a beautiful gift box.

If you need different length for the chain (necklace only), do convo me and I can extend for you with no extra cost... :)
