I accept payment via Paypal, card or Etsy gift voucher. If possible, please complete payment at time of checkout - this will speed up delivery of your order, as I cannot dispatch until payment is cleared. If I haven’t received payment within 3 days of the order, unfortunately the order will be cancelled.

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days; if there is likely to be any delay I will notify you.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class; US and other overseas Royal Mail Airmail. You can also select trackable services using the shipping upgrade option during checkout. I recommend this especially for higher priced items.
CUSTOMS DUTY: Please note that international buyers may be required to pay customs duty on more expensive items. The buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
If using PayPal, please ensure that your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses are the same, and the one you’d like your order sent to. If you complete the order process and decide you need a different shipping address, please send me a convo as soon as possible, especially bearing in mind I may ship an item on the same day as your order is placed.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
