Unique jewelry inspired by nature and other creative adventures

I have been making "things" since I was a child and have dabbled in many media...fabric art dolls, quilting, beading, mixed media and on and on. Metalsmithing started when I took a class at Kalamazoo Institute of Arts to learn to bezel set the dichroic glass cabochons I was making. At first, sawing and soldering were scary propositions but time, practice and attention to safety changed the fear to fun! Since that first class, I have taken many workshops and spent numerous hours honing my skills.

When I retired from my "day job" as a Nurse Practitioner and started this shop on Etsy I had high hopes of achieving my goal of an active store to sell my wares was disrupted by other things in life that had to be dealt with! Now that COVID 19 is here, I have time to achieve my goal!
