The strap is durable and adjusts easily to the different ways I want to wear the bag. The new zipper in a movie theater was a bit loud, but it wasn't a problem anywhere else. I'm so excited to wear this out and about this summer!

Shipping
Everything is individually made to order to do our bit to help the planet and reduce waste.
As soon as I receive your payment I will send your order off to be made especially for you. Most items will take 2-5 working days to be made up and a further 2-15 working days on average to reach you, depending on what you purchased and where you are (check the listing for specific information).
COVID 19: There are delays at the moment I have no control over! Your item may take up to 20 working days to be made and dispatched and a further 25 working days to be delivered (hopefully speeding up now). These are mostly for hard-to-make things such as dresses, hoodies etc, phone cases and simpler items are usually fairly quick still. Please be patient! As soon as your item is dispatched you'll get a tracking notification so you can follow it. I'm happy to cancel if your item hasn't been made yet but can't after that.
Additional policies and FAQs
Q: How do you package your items? Can you gift-wrap mine or include a personalised message?
A: I'm so sorry, but I'm not able to offer gift-wrap at the moment. I can include a little gift message on ceramic mugs, tote bags, leggings and cushions.
Q: I would love you to make something for me that's not already on sale in your shop. Can you do this?
A: Perhaps. Let me know what you have in mind, and if I can make it, I will. Of course if you want a custom illustration, you'll have to pay for the illustration to be made ontop of the item. If I create a custom order for you, I'll keep you updated throughout with pictures of your work in progress (if applicable). I may require a 50% deposit, and if it's so personalised that it could only ever be for you, I'll need total upfront payment which will be non-refundable (unless there is a fault with the item, of course!).
Q: Do you do wholesale orders?
A: Not at the moment- I can deliver items in bulk, but not with much difference in price as I don't have a lot of profit margin on the things I sell. I'm looking into this for the future, though.
