Payment
I accept payments through Paypal, Credit & Debit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards. If I have not received your payment within three working days I will cancel the order and relist the item in my shop. Orders will be despatched once confirmation of cleared payment has been received. Please convo or email us if you have any problems with payment.
If you wish to cancel an order after payment please convo/email immediately. Please note if an order has already been shipped a refund for example will only be possible when the goods are returned - see below for further information.

Once payment is received you can expect your item(s) to be on its way to you within 3 working days - longer if you've asked for something to be freshly made especially for you.
I post first class in the UK and standard airmail to everywhere else and will always obtain a proof of postage receipt.

Descriptions etc - are as accurate as possible. All sizes are listed as approximate though in reality measured. All photographs are as accurate as possible as are colours unless specifically stated in the description as variable. Please allow for differences in colours on individual monitors.
