Custom and personalized orders

Full payment is required before any work is started on a custom order.

Please note that turnaround and shipping times may vary for each custom order, depending on the work involved.

If the invoice for your custom order has not been paid within 7 days of the creation of the private listing, it will expire and be deleted.

Custom orders that have been personalized with a name , initials, a specific date, etc. are final sale and not considered for refunds.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me via Etsy conversation within 7 days of receiving your item. I will not authorize a refund after this time period. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

I will not issue refunds until the item is back in my possession in unused, undamaged condition.

If your item arrives damaged, you will be required to send a photo as proof of the damage. A claim will likely need to be filed with the postal service before I can issue a refund or replacement. For more info regarding claims, please visit the USPS website: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Shipping

At this time, I only ship within the United States. I ship all items via USPS Priority MaiI to provide you with insurance and a tracking number. I always ship within the turnaround time stated but unfortunately I can’t guarantee timely arrival once I hand it off to the post office. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.

I will always ship to the address on your Etsy account. Please make sure all information is correct and up to date before ordering. Please understand that I am not responsible for shipping to an old or incorrect address.
