This item was the best of the 3 items I purchased, and I had planned to give it as a gift. I now plan to "re-wire" it and use it myself as a hanging voltive candle holder. The artist's ideas are so wonderful, customer service is great, shipping fast, but I think quality needs improvement. The artists did refund me one half of the purchase price of these three items and I very much appreciate it. thanks.

Customer service and communication are excellent, but the quality was not what I expected. The item did not include the paperwhite bulb as advertised.... artists did refund me one-half of the purchase price, which was very nice.
