MATERIALS USED
Many of my products in the shop are digital downloads. These products are files that are emailed to your Etsy registered email, or in some cases they are instant downloads which means the files are immediatly available in your account. My other physical products are made of paper, like paper prints, cards, tags and more. If I don't write in a listing that I have used another material like wood or canvas, well then I haven't used such other materials. Frames are NOT included.

CONTENT - ONLY APPROPRIATE & LEGAL
In the cases where you supply information, text or images. I will not make or print anything that is unlawful or that I think is unapropriate. That will result in me choosing some default text and/or image of my choice. Please contact me before purchase if you are unsure.

SIZE CHANGES - AFFECT DESIGN
If you change size of a print (compared to original listing), the print will look slightly different than listing image its with margins etc. (if both sizes are not proportional).

NO BLANK TEMPLATES
For my digital products that can be personalized I will not send them blank as templates. If I don't get any information I will send it as in listing or with my choice of information.

PERSONALIZATION - COMFIRM DETAILS
If you order several items that seem to have the same color, and you want to have the same color, please tell me to coordinate the colors. It's not always exactly the same colors even if it looks like that.
