I am unhappy with this purchase for more than one reason. I honestly try to be very fair. I make a lot of purchases on Etsy but I'll never buy here again. Customer service is lacking. First, I don't understand why I was charged over $12 for shipping when the postage clearly shows $6.80. Also, it was sent priority 2-day but the seller didn't indicate that so there was no tracking. It was entered as shipped on the 11th but I didn't receive it for another 6 days. When I sent a message to ask about tracking she totally ignored my message. Unprofessional! Next, the dress is simply a sweatshirt. Period. There is no bottom hem so it curls up badly. The one shoulder is too wide so in order for me to wear it I'd need to have it altered to close it up a bit. It's not worth $95 at all; not even close. I'm NOT happy.
