5 out of 5 starsThis candle smells and looks fantastic! It's in a super chic mason jar which complements just about any decor, and it looks terrific on my bar counter. The seller was very gracious, as well as professional- she kept me updated with the status of my order which is always appreciated. I am really impressed and pleased with my purchase. Try these candles- you'll love them!!

Hello! I tried reaching your personally regarding your bath fizzy experience. First and foremost, I appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you feel that the Rosebud Bath Fizzy fragrance you purchased smelt "fake". I assure you that the fragrance used is 100% Organic Geranium Rose essential oil. Essential oils tend to be much stronger than chemically fabricated fragrance oils. Everyone has a different nose pallet so ultimately it is about personal preference. My All Natural Lavender bath fizzies have a lighter fragrance that may seem more appealing to you. Anyway, please respond to the email I sent. 3 out of 5 starsOrdered this candle on the December 19th. I checked to see if there was any notifications that shipping would be delayed due to the holidays and didn't see anything. I wasn't too worried since I only hoped to have it by the new year. The seller says they should arrive within 2 to 7 days of the order but it didn't even ship till the 27th. Finally arrived yesterday on January 6th. Sad that it took almost 3 weeks to be received.

Hi Kirbee! I have tried reaching out to you personally regarding the shipping delay. When checking your order, I see that shipment was delayed 1 business day. You are correct, you should have received correspondence that it was delayed 1 day. As far as the postal service not delivering in a timely manner, sadly I do not have control over preventing that. HOW THIS WILL CHANGE FOR THE FUTURE: Any delays (even if 1 day) Paige's Perfections will contact the customer. Also, Paige's Perfections will continue to track an order once it has shipped to announce any delays within the postal service.
