3 out of 5 starsThe product was beautiful BUT shipping was horrible!! I sent her a message June 28 and ask when it was going to ship and she told me the next day. She had the preshipping label made. Sent her another message a week later b/c it had not shipped. She never responded but did finally ship it. I can honestly say I won’t buy from her again. I know is an estimate but don’t tell me you will ship next day and it’s a week later!!

My attempts to reach out to you personally were unanswered... Unfortunately, my shop did encounter a delay due to a personal emergency. During my absence there were some hiccups with shipping. I do understand how frustrating the situation could be from a buyers perspective, and I am truly sorry for your experience. I value you and your opinion is important to me. I am glad to hear you were pleased with the actual sign.

>> How do I submit my personalization information?
There will be an area at checkout labeled "Add a note to ReLovedSigns (optional)" where you can include your personalization information.
For easy reference, you will find a list under each individual listing of the details needed. Just copy and paste the list along with your details in the notes area at checkout.
>> How soon will I receive my order?
The production times vary according to each sign, and are based on my workload. You can find the current turnaround times in each specific listing, under the "Shipping" section. Please be sure to double check this time-frame before you place your order.
--> Orders ship out twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Your receipt will provide your estimated ship date. However, this date can fluctuate as it is only an *ESTIMATE* and NOT GUARANTEED. An increase in demand can increase the turnaround time.
*** If you require your sign by a specific date please confirm the deadline with me first, for guaranteed arrival.
Please note: The production time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.
>> Can you rush my order?
Rush Orders are available for an additional 35% of the order fee, but spots are limited.
I schedule the painting of my signs in the order they come in. I do not think it is fair to bump an order to the front of the line, simply because someone has paid more. My rush order fee is for the extra hours and long nights it takes to paint your sign, in addition to my regularly scheduled work load.
Please contact me PRIOR to placing your order to see if I can accommodate your request, as I can only accept a specific number of rush orders per month.
>> What is the best way to contact you?
Right here! All communication is done through this page so I can keep everything organized and respond to you in a timely manner. At busy times, my inbox can be flooded so please allow 1-3 days for a response. If you do not hear back from me in that time frame, please feel free to send me a follow up message!
>> How do you come up with the days, hours and minutes on your anniversary signs?
I use a date duration calculator to determine the exact days, hours, and minutes between the wedding date and the anniversary date, including leap years.
If you'd like to supply your own calculations, you may- but I can't guarantee their accuracy, and cannot accept returns if your figures are not correct.
