Welcome to pakyumak's world on Etsy. pakyumak is Turkish and is composed of the two words "pak"= clean, pure and "yumak"=ball of yarn .. we tried to convey our love for beautiful quality yarn through our shop name :)

We accept payment via PayPal. If this is not possible for you, contact us so that we can work something out.

For shipping we only charge the amount as charged by the Turkey Post Office (PPT) via priority mail to your destination.
If you want your item to be shipped via registered mail, please contact us so that we can change the shipping fees accordingly. Usually it will mean an increase of 4 USD.
Estimated delivery times are:
United States and Canada: 10-20 days (3-7 days if shipped with priority mail)
United Kingdom and most of Europe: 5-11 days ( 2-4 days if shipped with priority mail)
Sometimes packages may take a little longer due to random controls at the borders. Please keep that in mind when you are purchasing something.
