Frequently asked questions
Multiple fabric quantities
Just as in brick and mortar quilt shops, FABRIC ISN'T CUT UNTIL YOU PURCHASE. When you order multipes of one fabric, it will be continuous, it will not be cut into several pieces.
Example: A one yard (36 inches) selection plus a 1/2 yard selection (18 inches) of the same fabric will be ONE piece 1-1/2 yards long, not two individual pieces.
What does it cost to ship?
Etsy's calculator estimates priority and first class pretty well, but can't possibly account for UPS and flat-rate packaging, which is often lower. Read shop policies for more information about shipping refunds.
Etsy's built-in shipping calculator allows you to put your zip code or postal code in, and select delivery speed.
Use USPS' shipping calculator (postcalc.usps.gov) from my zip code 85269 to yours. Most fabric weighs 4-6 oz. per yard, so enter a weight and your and my zip codes to gauge delivery times, services (speed) and costs.
How much do you have?
Use the pull-down menus and read the description. If the pull-down and description doesn't say how much is available, tell me HOW MUCH more you'd like, and I'll let you know if I have as much as you are interested in. That'll save both of us time.
Exchange policy (excluding cut fabric - never exchanged)
No refunds nor exchanges on custom orders, CUT FABRIC, patterns/books, & other items (ask BEFORE you buy).

If what you returned to me can't be sold as new, it is not returnable. You wouldn't want to purchase something as new that isn't really new, would you?
In the event of an exchange of SALEABLE items (contact me for instructions before you return), you'll pay for shipping both ways, which means shipping to you, and shipping back to me with delivery confirmation.
Your exchange amount may be a credit for a future purchase, or item exchange. Every transaction is evaluated. Assume nothing! Ask before you purchase.
Samples
Wouldn't it be great if you could get a sample? Just purchase a fat quarter 18" x 22" which is the smallest size I offer. If you place an order, I can enclose a small sample when you make a note.
