This hat is the CUTEST thing. Shipping was to be expected given that I had it shipped to Alaska. But honestly my favorite hat I’ve bought. I’m a huge fan of items that help bring normalcy to breastfeeding and this hat does just that. Love love!

My sister thought this was adorable. She’s using one of those apps, and in the early days of her pregnancy it compared the size of her baby to a blueberry. She’s nicknamed the baby “Blueberry” so the hat was perfect.

Pizzazz Please

No machines here. Just two hands making hats that I hope make little ones happy!

With both of my children, a boy and a girl, it was - and still is - hard to find hats and other items that were not pastel and most of them had no pizzazz. In my shop, I make "peaces" out of colors that are bold, yet simple and that you might not find in stores. I still have pastel items but for the most part it is bold and bright.

Also, since my daughter has asthma, all of my "peaces" are handmade in an asthma friendly and smoke free environment.

Do you sell patterns?

At this time the only pattern for sale at this time is for a cup cozy/sleeve.

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time, I do not receive orders for wholesale.

Are your items handmade or do you use a machine?

All the items in my shop are 100% handmade by me. - No machines here just two hands and a crochet hook.

Do you actually make the items or do you hire someone else to make them or buy them and then sell them?

I make ALL of the items in my shop myself and each item is made to order with brand new yarn. I do not buy premade items and resale them in my shop. - It really is a one-woman show here.

Do you purchase your yarn second hand from another seller on EBay, Etsy or Craigslist, etc.?

No, the yarn I used is purchased brand new from the manufacturer. This ensures that the original quality of the yarn is maintained. I do not purchase yarn from individual sellers, shops or discount retail stores.

I want to buy a hat for newborn photos. What size should it get?

I wish I could provide expert direction regarding the size you need beyond the size information in the listing. However, I may be able to help. The hats do stretch a bit and you can see pictures of babies including newborns wearing the size 0-3 months hat by visiting my shops about page here, www.etsy.com/shop/peacesbycortney/about/ .
