Jon was amazing throughout this whole process. For my superheroes, it was customized vigilantes with some very specific weapons and clothing items. And Jon gave me every detail I was looking for. He was very responsive to messages and the process was quick. I got both a close up and full picture at the halfway point and then was able to ask for any changes I wanted. And then when he was done, I asked for one final change and he quickly made it happen. He made sure I got the perfect gift for my friend.

Such a great job! I asked to have my nieces drawn as a Disney Princess and he did just wanted I wanted. A draft was drawn up and approval asked for before the final copy was drawn Great quality and very quick.
