I am always happy to hear from you.
My pendants and bracelet are created using a variety of artist design or painter that I like and by my original designs and mixed media , printed on premium quality photography paper and printed with commercial grade inks at the printing office. I don't print it at home for more quality. I also create the design for the banner, tags and buisness card from this shop.
I really love working with resin and I take special care to create each pendant and bracelet as it’s own little piece of art. I want you to enjoy your time with Pend'Art from start to finish, so please convo me with any questions, concerns, or just to say hello!
Remember that handmade means there will be slight imperfections
that are part of the unique charm of those jewell.

I would rather get a returned item than a negative feedback.
If you do decide to leave negative or neutral at least have the courtesy to leave an explanation, I can't improve if I don't know why you have that opinion. I personally feel that a fellow etsian should at least contact the seller first to resolve any issues - ESPECIALLY when I have such a liberal no hassle return policy.
Wholesale Orders
We offer wholesale options other than those provided. If you require a larger amount other than that is listed, please send us a convo. Our current time for wholesale shipping is 1 - 2 weeks after payment of order.

1)Do your pendants come in a gift bag? Yes. Every pendant comes beautifully wrapped. Easy for gift giving!!
2) How can I contact you?
It is preferable to convo me, this will ensure a quicker response since I Log in to ETSY several times per day.
3) Do you offer Consignment?
I currently concentrate in offering consignment locally.
I will consider consignment in other location in the future.
4) how do I request a custom order?
You can convo me with the details and description of the jewell you would like me to make for you, once ready I will list the item and reserve it for you.
5)What bails do you use? We use the highest quality Aanraku silver plated bails. Currently our bails are the normal shaped ones you see in the photos and new sun shaped designed Aanraku bails.
9# Any specific Jewelry care ?
All Pendants are water resistant, but not waterproof. Please remove before showering and swimming and cleaning can damage your jewelry so avoid extensive contact with water and always remove your jewelry first. Also, exposure of jewelry to chlorine and other chemical such as dish washing soap , perfume , hair Spray can increase the risk of permanent damage.
Avoid wearing jewelry when doing rough work or engaging in sports, to minimize the risk of breaking or chipping.
