I love to create beautiful items and try my best to describe them accurately and show them clearly in my photographs. If you feel you need more detail, please contact me and I will give further information or send more photos.
I am always happy to alter the length of a pendant for you - I know this is often dictated by the neckline you wear. For this reason, I often photograph my pendants on simple black ribbons. These look lovely as they are but are very simple for me to change if you would prefer something else.
I gift-box most items before posting, or for smaller items, I use a pillow box.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase, otherwise the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, my costs include a plain jewellery box for most items but if you do not require this, please contact me as it will reduce the shipping price.
I can also REDUCE the shipping costs if you wish, by sending your items via the standard Airmail service. Please contact me if you would prefer this.
However, my listed overseas shipping prices cover the costs of using the ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR service. This is fully trackable but unfortunately adds around £7 to the postage costs.
Within the UK, I normally send by First Class Mail or Recorded Delivery, depending on the value of the items.
All items are carefully wrapped and packaged before posting.
Unfortunately of course, I have no control over what happens to your package after I have posted it. Although I can usually track your item, it may sometimes take longer to arrive than usual, due to circumstances outside my control. If there is a delay however, I will do my best to keep you informed of its progress.
I am afraid that the buyer will always be responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs. Please check your own country's import restrictions before purchasing if you are in any doubt.
