I received the file quickly and the seller was very responsive. However, upon ordering a print of the art, I discovered that the size sent to me was not an 8x10 as described, but rather an 11x20 which is simply too large for my purposes. I contacted the seller and asked for help. After a week and two messages, I finally got a response. She could offer no advice on how to remedy this problem, but admitted she likely sent me the wrong file and would remedy the situation. She was so nice and apologized. That was January 14th and I have yet to hear from her nor have I received the correct file. I really love this art and am disappointed that I can't use it. I feel terrible leaving negative feedback, as I know life gets in the way sometimes, but almost two months of waiting for my purchase is such a bummer.

I love this print! I ordered this and had a few printed out and put into frames that I painted and sanded black and t turned out great!! Everyone can use a little sunshine, love this!!
