The yarn was delivered in a timely manner and was in perfect condition as expected.

The ball of roving is beautifully dyed and blended in soft multi orange hues. I've not often seen it this before and will love using it for needle felting.

The yarn I bought here was lovely and in perfect shape, exactly the color and feel I hoped for. I didn't need customer service, but I did message the shop owner, and she was polite and prompt in her responses. The shipping cost was relatively low, but it took a bit of time arriving; I expected that considering the distances involved (from India to Texas). Definitely will shop here again. Oh, I nearly forgot to say, the package arrived with a complimentary set of stitch markers, a truly sweet bonus.

I am really unable to review this item as I have still NOT received the item!!! I am updating my review to 5 stars as I have just received the order. The yarn is of good quality, very vibrant in color and is as it appears in the picture. Just be aware, if you are ordering from the USA, it may take a lengthy time to reach you. The store is in Toronto and I live in Nevada. It took 22 days to reach me from the day I ordered, (16 days in transit). When I did send a message to the shop they responded very quickly and informed me of why the shipping time was so lengthy.
